These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Quick Workout: BurnPilot application (the "App") provided by BurnPilot Labs Pte. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial fitness and wellness purposes on devices you own or control.

2. Health and Safety Disclaimer

The App provides general fitness information and workout guidance. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare consultation. You are responsible for exercising safely, choosing workouts appropriate for your condition, and stopping immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

3. Premium Access and Purchases

Some workouts, plans, or features may require a premium purchase or subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription availability, price, trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are managed by Apple and may vary by region.

If a subscription is offered, it may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized purposes.
• Circumvent premium access, purchase validation, or app security controls.
• Copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App content without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the App, workout choices, device settings, and compliance with applicable laws. You should ensure your workout environment is safe before starting any exercise.

6. Updates and Changes

We may update the App, add or remove features, change content, or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will meet every requirement, be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific fitness results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including injuries, data loss, subscription issues, or device problems.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful or unauthorized way.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
