These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Spendmio: Budget Tracker application (the "App") provided by Spendmio Labs Pte. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial budgeting and personal finance tracking on devices you own or control.

2. Financial Disclaimer

The App provides general budgeting and expense tracking tools. It is not financial, tax, or investment advice and is not a substitute for professional financial consultation. Spendmio is provided as-is without warranty. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on App data, insights, or AI-generated suggestions.

3. Data Responsibility

Spendmio stores your financial data locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account when you enable iCloud Backup. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, software bugs, or iCloud synchronization issues.

4. Pro Access and Purchases

Some features may require a Pro purchase or subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription availability, price, trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are managed by Apple and may vary by region.

• Payment & Processing: All payments are processed securely by Apple through your App Store account.
• Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Circumvent Pro access, purchase validation, or app security controls.
• Copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App content without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the App, the accuracy of data you enter, device settings, and compliance with applicable laws. Please use the App responsibly and ensure your data is backed up.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update the App, add or remove features, change content, or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will meet every requirement, be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific financial outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including data loss, subscription issues, or device problems.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful or unauthorized way.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
