Terms of Use for Pawfolio: Pet Health Records

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Pawfolio: Pet Health Records (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial pet health record keeping on devices you own or control.

2. Veterinary Disclaimer

The App helps you organize pet records, reminders, documents, and notes. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, medical advice, dosage recommendations, or emergency guidance. Always consult a licensed veterinarian about your pet's health, medication, vaccine schedule, symptoms, or treatment decisions.

3. Premium Access and Purchases

Some features, such as expanded records, documents, exports, or other premium tools, may require a premium purchase or subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription availability, price, trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are managed by Apple and may vary by region.

If a subscription is offered, it may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized purposes.
• Circumvent premium access, purchase validation, or app security controls.
• Copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App or its content without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter, your use of the App, your device settings, and compliance with applicable laws. You should verify important pet health information with your veterinarian.

6. Updates and Changes

We may update the App, add or remove features, change content, or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will meet every requirement, be uninterrupted, error-free, or prevent missed care, incorrect records, or pet health issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including pet health decisions, missed reminders, data loss, subscription issues, or device problems.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful or unauthorized way.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
