These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Baby Tracker: Feeding & Sleep application (the "App") provided by the Baby Tracker Support Team ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial baby care tracking, family organization, and memory keeping on devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms.

2. Data Responsibility & Loss

Baby Tracker is designed to store baby profiles, care logs, growth records, vaccine checklist records, memories, photos, voice memos, and exports locally on your device, with optional sync through Apple services where available. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we are not liable for data loss due to device failure, software bugs, accidental deletion, permission changes, or iCloud synchronization issues.

3. Premium Features

The App may offer premium features, such as expanded PDF exports, advanced memory book features, or other paid capabilities through an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase.

• Payment & Processing: All payments are processed securely by Apple through your App Store account.
• Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your iOS Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the App will not automatically cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: Since payments are handled directly by Apple, any requests for refunds must be directed to Apple Support.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent the App's premium access validation, sync behavior, or platform security features.
• Use the App to store or process illegal material, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• Copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App's design, code, or content without our written permission.

5. Not Medical Advice

The App is for personal tracking, reminders, and memory keeping only. Feeding logs, sleep logs, diaper logs, growth charts, vaccine checklist items, care patterns, and reminders are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for your pediatrician, clinician, or local public health guidance. Always consult qualified medical professionals for health decisions.

6. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, or to change these Terms at any time. We may occasionally add, change, or remove features to improve baby care tracking, memory keeping, exports, sync, or overall app reliability. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be completely error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Baby Tracker Support Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, missed reminders, sync issues, export issues, or reliance on tracked information.
