The Baby Tracker Support Team ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your family's privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Baby Tracker: Feeding & Sleep application (the "App").

Our core philosophy: your baby's care history and memories belong to your family. We do not run an advertising network, analytics backend, or external AI service for your private baby data.

1. Your Data is Stored Locally First

Baby Tracker is designed as a local-first app. Your core app data is stored on your device unless you choose to use optional Apple services such as iCloud sync.

• Care Logs: Feeding, sleep, diaper, meal, potty, activity, health, and school logs are stored in the app on your device.
• Baby Profile & Growth: Baby profile details, growth measurements, and vaccine checklist records are stored locally for personal organization.
• Memories & Media: Photos, voice memos, time capsules, captions, and memory book content are copied into the app sandbox for previews and exports.
• iCloud Sync: If you enable iCloud or partner sync, data may be synchronized through Apple's CloudKit and your private iCloud account. We do not operate a separate Baby Tracker server for your family data.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Because the App is local-first, there are many things we do not collect through our own backend:

• We do not collect your name, email, or phone number within the app.
• We do not require you to create an account or password with us.
• We do not track your baby's care logs, growth records, vaccine records, memories, location, or private photos.
• We do not sell or share any personal information with third parties.
• We do not use your baby data for advertising or external AI processing.

3. Information Collected by Apple

Apple may process certain information to provide iOS and App Store services:

• In-App Purchases: If you purchase premium features, Apple processes your payment. We may receive receipts to validate premium access, but we never see your credit card or billing details.
• App Analytics: If you have opted-in to share analytics with developers in your iOS settings, Apple provides us with anonymous, aggregated crash reports and usage statistics to help us improve app stability.
• Photos, Microphone, Notifications, and iCloud: The App may request Apple-managed permissions only when needed for features such as importing photos, recording voice memos, reminders, and sync.

4. Data Security

We rely on iOS security, app sandboxing, and Apple's permission system to help protect your data. Please remember that the security of your information also depends on the physical security of your device, your device passcode, and your Apple ID credentials.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for parents and caregivers, not for children to use independently. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Baby Tracker is for personal organization, routines, and memory keeping. Growth charts, vaccine checklist items, reminders, and care patterns are informational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional pediatric care.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the latest update date. Significant changes in how we handle privacy will be communicated within the App.
