LockIn Labs Pte. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the LockIn application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

LockIn is privacy-first and on-device by default. Depending on how you use the App, we may collect or store the following information:

• Focus and lock data: selected apps, categories, websites, focus modes, schedules, sessions, streaks, and emergency unlock logs.
• Preference data: reminder settings, strict mode preferences, and app configuration used to run LockIn features.
• Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, and technical diagnostics used to maintain app stability.
• Purchase status: subscription or premium unlock state provided by Apple StoreKit. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Notification permission state: whether focus reminders are enabled on your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

• Run lock rules, focus sessions, schedules, reminders, and streak tracking.
• Apply your selected blocking preferences and app modes.
• Maintain premium access and restore eligible purchases.
• Improve app quality, fix bugs, and understand general app usage.
• Respond to support requests and user feedback.

3. Screen Time Permission

LockIn uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks only to block the apps, categories, and websites you choose. Apple provides opaque selection tokens; LockIn does not attempt to extract private bundle identifiers from those tokens.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only in these circumstances:

• With service providers that help us operate, maintain, or improve the App.
• With Apple services for in-app purchases, subscriptions, and entitlement validation.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights and users.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your selected app categories, websites, sessions, streaks, and unlock logs are stored locally on your device by default. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Choices

You can change app settings, notification permissions, and device permissions at any time through the App or your device settings. You can also delete local modes, schedules, streaks, sessions, and unlock logs from LockIn settings where supported.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the latest update date.
